Several VFP members protested over the three days of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee conference at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. "The AIPAC Policy Conference is the largest gathering of the pro-Israel movement. Thousands of participants come from all 50 states to take part in 'three of the most important days affecting Israel's future,'" as stated on their website. What they don't say is that AIPAC members are the major pro-Israel lobbyists and funders of right-wing US politics. Familiar names and faces at the convention: Benjamin Netanyahu, Sheldon Adelson, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and Shmuley Boteach.
