88 year old WW II Marine Corps combat vet will lead his 3rd annual Ride for Peace, bicycling from Raleigh, NC to Washington DC April 27--May 3rd, with a Rally for Peace at 2:00pm Saturday, May 3rd at Lafayette Park.
Sam has made a lot of friends since he launched his first ride in 2012, and was invited to address the Rotary International Peace Forum in Hiroshima last May. This year his message to Congress, President Obama, and the world will be: NO to war and militarism, YES to peace and diplomacy!
