Veteran Member - Click hereFull members are US military veterans or veterans of a foreign nation residing in the US. They may also be merchant marines or other US citizens who have served in a professional capacity with or in service to the US armed forces in an area and during a period of war, conflict or other hostile activity.
Full members must submit a copy of their military discharge, DD-214 or other form of acceptable documentation for verification and filing.
All members of the US Armed Forces on active duty who wish to join Veterans For Peace can join for free. No membership dues are required as long as you are active duty.

Associate members are non-veterans and are entitled to all the right and privileges of full members except: (a) voting for and holding office at the national level, and (b) holding office of president or vice-president at the chapter level.
Associate members are encouraged to attend chapter meetings and national conventions and may vote on all resolutions.
Associate members must subscribe to the purpose, goals and ideals of VFP and pay national dues.
